Handmade hydria found in 1937 on the north slope of the Acropolis. It is mended from many fragments and restored.

The globular body rests on ring foot and the outturned rim is wide and horizontal. The two horizontal handles attached to the body helped the user to raise the vessel whereas the vertical handle on the pot’s shoulder facilitated its transportation as well as serving water.
